When booking consultation please make sure all contact information is correct. There is important information that is needed to prepare for your session that will be sent via text.
Late Arrivals and Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please give us a 24hr notice to avoid any fees. We understand life happens just please communicate with us. NO CALL OR NO SHOW you will have to repay deposit to schedule new appointment and deposit will not be refunded if you fail to come to your appointment. We do allow 1 reschedule without making a new deposit you get 1 reschedule per deposit. Please arrive on time or 15 minutes early, if you're running more then 15 minutes late, you will be charged a $25 late fee. We will still service you, however if an appointment arrives on time, we will end your session to service our next client. You will have an option to reschedule your entire session if you are late.
Members/Package Deal Policies
Members your payments will be automatically withdrawn from your account the same day once a week the day you desire till its fully paid off. If your payment fails, your subscription will automatically be canceled. You will not receive services until the payment is made. ABSOULTLY NO REFUNDS available for services, if a service you choose is not satisfied to your likings, we do offer switching services, of your liking as long as it is in you package choices.
